We had a great stay! The place was nice and comfortable. Great view of the lake and loved fishing on the dock. Canoe and kayaks were nice. Close to Tomahawk when we needed things from town. Heidi was helpful and responsive to our questions. Caught bass and northern right at the dock. Fun week. Can’t wait to come back again.

Our family loved staying at The Barn. We loved that we didn’t have to extra things and still felt like we had everything we needed. Heidi is a generous host that supplies more than other places. The home was very clean and comfortable. We loved being right on the water and that water toys were included. Heidi was quick to respond to the few questions we had. Short drive to town for groceries and a park and splash pad that was perfect for little kids! We will be recommending The Barn to anyone looking to stay up north!

The place was comfortable & conducive to gathering around. It's nice to have the kitchen open to the living room. Also the outside upper deck was great to dine or hang out on. The fire pit space is great.(thanks for providing wood! ) Nice water toys, kayaks, water mat, & more. It's a quiet lake with eagles & loons & fish, but still close to groceries, pickle ball, golf & dining. Heidi was always quick to respond to questions. We would go back!

Our vacation was wonderful at the Muskie Barn! The space served our needs well. The downstairs was well thought out with comfortable kids beds and room darkening blinds as well as space to sit and play. The bathrooms were large, clean, and nicely updated. Air conditioning was amazing. King bed was amazing. We loved the outside benches on the upper and lower levels for coffee time or quiet space. There was plenty of seating out by the pier and fire pit and lots of ways to enjoy the water. Our 11 yr. old and 9 yr. old grandsons REALLY enjoyed the paddle boat and fishing for bluegills. We’ve been coming to the Tomahawk area for years and it was a blessing to share it with family again at Heidi’s place.

The Muskie Barn was a slice of heaven. Heidi had everything you could possibly need to make our stay feel like home. The kayaks, paddle boats and other outdoor items were so nice to have. The house was so clean and spacious. We unfortunately had a few rainy days and Heidi had many inside games and activities there to keep us busy. The space was perfect for our family of 6. It was in a safe neighborhood that was on a dead end road but also just a few minutes to town. My husband and kids caught so many fish! We loved the Muskie Barn!

Heidi was a fantastic host and the view when walking in the home was breathtaking overlooking the lake. We had a great visit and I appreciate her opening her home for our vacation.
